ACCORDING TO PROCESS LAYOUT THE MATERIAL NEEDS TO BE DRY BY PUTTING ON A TABLE OR PROCESSING ON THE SAMMYING AND SETTING OUT MACHINE AFTER PROCESSING IN THE DYEING AND FATLIQUARING DRUM. BUT IF WE PUT A SKIN ON A TABLE, WATER FLOW CAN CREATE COLOUR PROBLEM BECAUSE OF FORMING WATER WAY. THE WATER FLOW EASILY FINDS LEAKING WATER WAY ON THE MATERIAL BECAUSE OF THAT EQUAL DRYING WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE. CONSEQUENTLY PREVENTING THAT PROBLEM FIRSTLY THE SKIN PROCESS ON THE SAMMYING AND SETTING MACHINE THAN HANG UP THE HANGER CHAIN FOR EQUAL DRYING. BY FOLLOWING THIS METHOD WE WILL REACH EQUAL AND FASTER DRYING OF THE MATERIAL.

THE MACHINE CONSISTS OF 4 MAIN ROLLERS.  

1) AT THE TOP TIGHT SLEEVE FELT ROLLER 

2) AT THE UPPER MIDDLE EBONITE COATED ROLLER

3) AT THE LOWER MIDDLE BLADED ROLLER

4) AT THE BOTTOM RUBBER COATED AUXILIARY ROLLER

1) THE MAIN MATERIAL OF TIGHT SLEEVE FELT ROLLER IS MADE OF STAINLESS STEEL. THE INNER DIAMETER OF THE SPECIAL INGREDIENT SLEEVE FELT IN A FREE CONDITION IS LARGER THAN OUTER DIAMETER OF MAIN STAINLESS STEEL ROLLER. SO, BY PASSING STEEL ROLLER INTO SLEEVE FELT WE PROVIDE THE SLEEVE FELT ROLLER. THAN WITH OUR SPECIAL WATERING SYSTEM WE PREPARE THE ROLLER IN FINAL POSITION.

DURING THE REGIME OF THE MACHINE, THE TIGHT SLEEVE FELT FIRSTLY SUCK THE EXTRA CHEMICALS SUCH AS WATER, FILLING, DYE, ETC. FROM THE SKIN THEN LET THEM LEAK OUT.

THE SETTING OUT FELT HAS A SPECIAL SURFACE TREATMENT WHICH OPTIMIZES THE STRETCHING EFFECT.

2) THE MIDDLE EBONITE COATED ROLLER HAS A PLAIN SHAPED IN TECHNICAL. THE MAIN MISSION OF THE ROLLER IS, TO PROVIDE PRESSURE FOR LEAVING THE EXTRA CHEMICAL OVER THE SLEEVE FELT ROLLER. THE HARDNESS OF THE RUBBER ROLLER IS 100 SHORE. FIRSTLY, WE PRODUCE STAINLESS STEEL PART OF THE ROLLER THEN WE COAT 100 SHORE RUBBER ON IT. THE EBONITE COATED ROLLER IS RIGID, NON-BENDING MATERIAL.

3) DURING THE PROCESS, THE SKIN IS CONVEYED ON BLADED ROLLER WHICH STRETCHES AND SMOOTHENS THE SKIN. THOSE BLADES ARE NOT FOR CUTTING. THEY ARE ONLY A ROUTER. OUR BLADED ROLLER CONSISTS OF 18 LEFT AND 18 RIGHT BLADES AS A TOTAL 36 BLADES. OUR BLADED ROLLER IS AT THE SPRING ARMS. IT MEANS THAT WHEN THE MATERIAL IS THICK, SPRINGS ARE STRESSED, TENSED MORE SO BLADES NEVER DAMAGE THE SKIN. WHEN THE MATERIAL IS THIN, SPRINGS ARE STRESSED, TENSED LESS, SO BLADES NEVER DAMAGE THE SKIN.

4) THE BOTTOM RUBBER COATED AUXILIARY ROLLER HELPS THE SKIN GOES INTO THE BLADED ROLLER BY SPREADING. THE MAIN DUTY OF THE ROLLER IS TO FEED THE SKIN INTO A BLADED ROLLER IN AUXILARIY CONDITION.

EVERY PART OF THE MACHINE IS MADE OF STAINLESS STEEL FOR PROTECTING THE MACHINE FROM CORROSION.

AT PAINTING STAGE, FIRST WE HAVE BEEN COATING THE MACHINE (EVERY PART) WITH EPOXY. THEN, WE PAINT IT WITH A SPECIAL CHEMICAL TO PROVIDE A BETTER PROTECTION.

THE MACHINE IS CONTROLLED WITH HYDRAULIC SYSTEM. WE ONLY USE DUPLOMATIC (ITALIAN) BRAND FOR HYDRAULIC PARTS. FOR HYDRAULIC PUMPS WE USE ONLY VICKERS FROM USA.

ALL THE ELECTRONIC PARTS ARE COMING FROM SCHNEIDER, FRANCE.

3)      THE FHOTOCELL SWITCH. WE USE OMRON E3Z-181. THERE IS ONE PHOTOCELL. WHEN IT REALIZEZ A HAND OR ANY KIND OF UNWANTED OBJECT, IT STOPS IMMIDIATELY.

4)      COVER SWITCHES. WHEN THE COVER IS OPEN, MACHINE STOPS IMMIDIATELY. (FOR EXAMPLE, WHILE THE OPERATOR IS WORKING AT THE BACK SIDE OF THE MACHINE, OTHER

THE MACHINE HAS AN AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM. SO, YOU DO NOT NEED TO LUBRICATE ANY OF THE BEARING OR BEARING HOUSES.
