THE GOODS ARE OF TURKISH ORIGIN. HAVE BEEN PRODUCED IN OZDERSAN TANNERY MACHINES CO. LTD

THE SIZE OF THE HIDES CAN DIFFER. SOME OF THEM CAN BE HEAVY, SOME OF THEM CAN BE LIGHT BECAUSE OF THE SIZES, THE FLESH AND CARCASS. FOR FLESHING OPERATION, FIRSTLY ONE OR 2 EMPLOYEE OR WITH AUTOMATIC HANGER, HIDE HAS TO BE FEED TO THE MACHINE.

SUBSEQUENT TO FEEDING OPERATION TO THE MACHINE, OPERATOR HAS TO ADJUST THE THICKNESS ACCORDING TO RESULT OF MEASURING OPERATION. THE GAP BETWEEN THE RUBBER ROLLER AND THE BLADED ROLLER IS CLOSED BY PUSHING THE PEDAL. DURING THAT OPERATION, WATER VALVE OPENS THE CANAL OF THE WATER INLET AND LETS THE WATER GOES IN.

FOR PROTECTING THE BLADES FROM THE LONG EDGE OF THE MATERIAL, WE PUT THE OPEN-CLOSE TYPE STEADY COVER.  WHEN THE WATER VALVE LETS THE WATER GOES IN, OPEN-CLOSE TYPE STEADY COVER RISES UP. SO, PROCESSING OF THE MATERIAL STARTS.

THROUGHOUT PROCESSING, ALL EMERGENCY CONTROLS HAVE TO BE ACTIVATED. OTHERWISE, MACHINE CAN NOT RUN. IF EVERYTHING WORKS PROPERLY, HYDRAULIC SYSTEM CONTINUES TO PROCESS FROM INSIDE TO OUTSIDE AFTER ALL EMERGENCY CONTROLS ARE CHECKED BY THE PLC SYSTEM.

 

  1. THE MACHINE HAS TWO GROOVED ROLLERS FOR MOVEMENT OF THE HIDES AND THEY ARE COATED WITH HARD CHROMIUM. END OF THESE GROOVED ROLLERS (BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT SIDES) HAVE SPECIAL PRODUCT PISTONS FOR ADJUSTING THE PRESSURE AND SPEED (TOTALLY 4 PISTONS). THE SHAPE OF THOSE GROOVED ROLLERS ARE CONICAL (THE MIDDLE SIDE OF THE GROOVED ROLLERS HAS A 4 MM. CURVE) FOR BEST HOLDING OF THE HIDE TO THE RUBBER ROLLER. THIS FEATURE HELPS THE MATERIAL TO BE HOLD ON TO THE RUBBER ROLLER SO BECAUSE OF THAT, THE MATERIAL NEVER SLIPS RIGHT OR LEFT SIDE, AND MATERIAL PROCESS QUICKLY AND WITHOUT PAUSING MOVEMENT.
  2. THE RUBBER ROLLER IS PRODUCED SPECIALLY FOR BEING DURABLE TO OIL, ABRASIVENESS AND FRICTION. THE SURFACE OF THE RUBBER ROLLER IS GROOVED FOR PREVENTING TO SLIP OF THE MATERIAL AND AT THE SAME TIME HOLDING PERFECTLY.    
  3. THE BLADED ROLLER IS ON THE FLEXIBLE AND SENSITIVE BEARINGS AND BEARING HOUSES. BLADED ROLLER IS DRIVEN BY ELECTRICAL MOTOR AND CONNECTED TO THE MOTOR WITH AN INTERMEDIATE COUPLING. THAT COUPLING IS MADE IN USA. THAT FLEXIBLE COUPLING PREVENTS DAMAGING THE NECK OF THE HIDE AND TEARING OF THE ARMS, LEGS.
  4. THE MACHINE IS DRIVEN HYDRAULICALLY.
    • A) IT HELPS THE RUBBER ROLLER MOVES SMOOTHLY AND RAPIDLY.
    • B) THE GROOVED ROLLERS ARE DRIVEN WITH HYDRO MOTOR AND CONTROLLED WITH SPEED CONTROL AND REDUCTORS, SO THEIR SPEED AND TORQUE CAN BE ADJUSTED EASILY.
    • C) THE MACHINE HAS TWO WATER ENTRANCE.
    • FOR PREVENTING THE LOSS OF ENERGY AND THE EXCESSIVE LOSS OF WATER, THE MACHINE HAS THE MOVING HYDRAULIC VALVE FOR GETTING THE SIGNAL FROM HYDRAULIC CYLINDER.
  5. THE GRINDING RAIL IS MADE OF CAST IRON AND WITH THE MOVING PARTS ON, IS IN VERY GOOD MATCH. THE LUBRICATION SYSTEM WORKS EASYLY.
  6. THE STEP MOTOR AND PLC OF THE MACHINE IS PROGRAMMED SPECIALLY FOR PREVENTING THE THICKNESS FAILURE. THE MACHINE HAS A SPECIAL BUTTON FOR AUTOMATICALLY ADJUSTING THE GAP BETWEEN BLADED ROLLER AND THE HIDE ACCORDING TO THE THICKNESS OF THE MATERIAL
  7. WHILE PROCESSING END OF THE OPERATION, FLESH ACCUMULATES BEHIND THE HIDE, BLADES PUT PRESSURE TO CUT THE PART OF THE HIDE. OUR MACHINE HAS A SPECIAL BUTTON TO AUTOMATICALLY INCREASE THE GAP FOR PREVENTING THE SLIP OF THE HIDE AND RUIN THE MATERIAL.
  8. SOMETIMES THE NECK PART AND TAIL PART OF THE HIDE MIGHT BE THICKER AND ROUGH, SO YOU CAN EASILY ADJUST THE MACHINE BY INCREASING OR DECREASING THE GAP BETWEEN BLADED ROLLER AND RUBBER ROLLER FOR DAMAGING THE THICK PARTS.
  9. SOMETIMES THE BACK SIDE OF THE HIDE MIGHT BE THICKER, THE BELLY SIDE MIGHT BE THINNER, SO OUR MACHINE’S RUBBER ROLLER CAN GET THE SHAPE OF THE PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTIC OF THE MATERIAL FOR SMOOTH PROCESS.

ATTENTIONLY THERE ARE PLENTY OF WATERING PIPES PLACED ON THE MACHINE FOR PROVIDING WATERING EFFECT. AS ISSUED THAT THERE IS ONE; UNDER THE RUBBER ROLLER, THERE IS ONE IN FRONT OF THE RUBBER ROLLER AND THERE IS ONE OVER THE BLADED ROLLER. THOSE PIPES ARE USED FOR CLEANING THE SURFACE OF THE BLADES, CLEANING THE MACHINE FROM UNWANTED CHIPS AND PREVENTING OVERHEATING OF THE HIDE. BECAUSE WE KNOW THAT DURING THE PROCESSING PERIOD, THE TEMPERATURE OF THE HIDE INCREASES BECAUSE OF THE FRICTION AND CONTACT OF THE BLADES. OVERHEATING CAN DAMAGE THE MATERIAL AND BURN THE SURFACE. SO, USING PIPES ARE ESSENTIAL FOR PROTECTING THE HIDE AND ALSO THE MACHINE.

  • ON THE TRANSPORT ROLLERS, WE HAVE 2 PISTONS. ONE IS AT THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RUBBER ROLLER; ONE IS AT THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE RUBBER ROLLER. THESE PISTONS CAN BE ADJUSTED BY HYDRAULIC. THESE PISTON’S PRESSURES ARE ALSO ADJUSTABLE. ADDITIONALLY, THE ARMS OF THE TRANSPORT ROLLER ARE ADJUSTABLE BY THE BRONZE SCREWS FOR THE DISTANCE OF THE TRANSPORT ROLLER.
